The Marshes Community Benefit Fund are delighted to award a grant of £10,000 to Helsby High School students

The funding will allow the Sixth Form Memorial Garden Committee to create an Enchanted Garden of Heaven. The garden will transform an unused outdoor space, in need of TLC, into a peaceful sanctuary to improve mental health and remember their peers, who sadly passed away.
Helsby High School will open this space on a daily basis to their pastoral & learning support teams as a confidential and private place to meet with students who need additional support. The student committee will meet weekly to help with the preservation of the garden and to organise half-termly garden events including Arts & Craft Afternoon for community members.
