12-Month Project Review Form

This form is about the last twelve months of your project following receipt of your grant from the Marshes Community Benefit Fund. Please complete all of the sections and return it to the Panel within six weeks of the end of the project or 12-months after you received the funds from MCBF.

Please refer back to your original application and your intended expenditure and explain any departures from intended expenditure, using not more than 2000 characters.

Please provide details of any feedback about your experience with the Marshes CBF. For example, the grant application process, receiving the funding, support, problems you encountered, suggestions for improvement.
