£750 Awarded to St Pauls Church by MCBF

The Marshes Community Benefit Fund are delighted to award a grant of £750 to St Pauls Church

The funding will allow church to purchase a new sound system to allow all participants to enjoy outdoor services. The new system should be in place ahead of the Remembrance Sunday service in November.

The Remembrance service at St Pauls is well attended by the local community and the improved sound system will allow all attendees to hear the service in full.

Andrew Jones, Chair of the Marshes Community Benefit Fund, said;

The panel were delighted to support the Golden Grant application by St Pauls Church for the new sound system. We are proud that the Community Benefit Fund can. The application video from St Pauls can be viewed at YouTube.

Golden Grants are available for community groups seeking up to £1,000 in funding and follow are more informal application process which can be a video, poem or brief application form. They have been a huge success since they were launched 3 years ago and we continue to welcome applications in this format.

The Marshes Community Benefit Fund provides funding to local Community groups, charities, schools, businesses and clubs to support not-for-profit projects designed to benefit the local communities.
