Over 60 people, representing a wide range of community and interest groups, turned out on Tuesday night to listen to the Marshes CBF Panel explain that they are shortly to open for applications.
The Panel comprising 10 local residents and two Helsby High School representatives have been volunteering their time, since February this year, to prepare the constitution, application process and a new website.
Attendees were given the chance to have a closer look at the website using the Helsby High School IT suite.
The Panel answered a wide range of questions and remained after the meeting to chat to attendees and help demonstrate how to navigate the website.
