Helsby Parish Council Chair, Chris Ellams, received a cheque for £2,000 from Will Cook, MCBF vice Chair, for 2 defibrillators to be placed in dormant phone boxes at the Helsby village centre (by the Koraai restaurant) and at The Paddock on Alvanley Rd (near Helsby Hill).
