The Marshes Community Benefit fund are delighted to award a grant of £2,045 to Helsby Community Sports Club
The award will fund additional signage on the main road through Helsby to increase awareness of the club. The increased awareness will increase the visitors to the club and allow more people to engage in the activities that they provide.
Helsby Community Sports Club is a Community Amateur Sports Club located in the heart of Helsby village.
As a Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC) they exist to provide high quality amateur sports opportunities at an affordable cost. They host a number of high quality, active sports clubs including Tennis, Running, Rugby, Football, Snooker and Bowls. They have superb event space and a wide range of sports facilities for use.

The Marshes Community Benefit Fund provides funding to local Community groups, charities, schools, businesses and clubs to support not-for-profit projects designed to benefit the local communities. The fund can award up to £170,000 per year across 2 funding cycles.
